Complaints Policy.

 

Anyone can offer feedback or make a complaint if they are unhappy with any part of my services. I will endeavour to respond to all complaints in a fair, reasonable and timely manner.

I abide by the New Zealand Association of Counsellors code of ethics, click here for information on making a formal complaint to NZAC.

When you use a health or disability service in New Zealand, you have the protection of a Code of Rights. The Health and Disability provide an advocacy service. You can contact an advocate on 0800 555 050.
