Cancellation Policy.

Once we come to an agreement about a regular time to meet each week or as required, I make a commitment to keeping this time available to meet with you. With this in mind, I understand that things crop up from time to time meaning you may not be able to attend an appointment. With sufficient notice, I will always endeavour to reschedule to a different time that week, however, this is not always possible.

Please note: cancellations or no shows with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. *You will not be charged for your appointment if you are unwell or waiting for a covid test.
